That I have already been in that space where my body is on such alert that we was constantly having panic attacks, and I am talking about constantly.

I’d personally have one panic attack after another night and day. It doesn’t matter what Used to do I can not stop myself from thinking of my anxiety, which needless to say just fuelled it.

So in that sort of instance I’d defiantly recommend medication, just so you will have a break and gain back some control. Because when i was in that kind of anxious state, you are unable to think logically, so it would be difficult to gain charge of your thoughts.
