My concern now is how to lose weight fast
So you’re probably wondering what I’m doing talking about how to lose weight fast. Here’s the story: last week I visited a friend’s place where I had to climb two flights of stairs, and it did me in. By the time I got to the top, I was sweating, coughing, my skin was hot, and I felt terrible. I had to get myself into the bathroom to splash some cold water on my cheeks, and gazed up into the mirror, and I realized something: I have to lose weight fast.
Actually, I’m starting to feel like I’ve turned into my father. He was a hugely fat guy, with a great sense of humor and a solid, family focused outlook on life. But man, he was huge. And nowadays I’m becoming fat as well. Don’t misunderstand, I love my pops, but I really would like to keep myself from topping 350 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s not really any way of going back.
So I’ve been doing a bunch of research on how to lose weight very fast. My wife has agreed to do this with me, saying that she also wants to get thinner, which will no doubt make it quite a bit easier to succeed on whichever diet plan we end up using. There’s a huge amount of weight loss plans out there.
I’ll keep you guys apprised of how good the diet is turning out for us. I know weight loss will be difficult, but it’s what has to happen as far as I can see, so I’ll be working hard to understand how to lose weight fast.
